OP at low level BGs with Tailoring and heirloom cape

So I had recently discovered that if you put the level 70 tailoring cape enchant (Lightweave Embroidery - Spell - World of Warcraft only tested with this enchant) on your heirloom cape, send it to an alt, and pick up tailoring (tailoring only needs to be level one), you can still get the proc from the enchant, but it only seems to proc when you use a spell with a cast timer.

Well, I'm not entirely sure on this, but did you try using throw? Seems to only work with stuff that has a cast time.

You did learn tailoring on your lowbie, correct?

When i enchant lightweave to the same lowbie, its work fine, but dont for swordguard
