OP at low level BGs with Tailoring and heirloom cape

The 450 AP chant is replaced with 1000 AP when you get tailoring to 500, iirc.

So I cant get it working now, cause im maxed tailor?

Don't think so, but I haven't tested it with the 450 AP chant, personally.

I tried it on my holy pala in the 20-24 bracket and he's ludicrously overpowered. So, no change there.
Seriously, it made a slight difference but that's about it.The primary problem is that Holy Shock is
the dominant nuke that can one-shot players without looms, and it is instant.

I could try another class but holy palas are so ridiculously OP they'd still have an edge. Maybe disc

Yeah, pennance + proc = 1k or so ticks with the proc going at 20 or so. Just my guess.

Lightweave embroidery(580 int) have been working for me up to recently on my lvl 65 warlock. Today I haven't been able to procc it. The enchant is still on the cloak, but it doesn't give any effect. Seems to be hotfixed.

That kinda sucks... just leveld tailoring to 403 atm.......
it did cost me a lot of money since i'm lazy.
