Ok wo what you wanna do is goto the left side of the door, jump up the side thill you get to the top, then jump up the left side of the slab of stone when you get there and your out. heres a pic to make it easier to follow

EDIT: This can be done with my ZG trick too, by getting into zg without mobs.. perfect sniper place at PVP realms
