blizzard fixed this method in cata by causing people grouped with the tank to be removed when the tank leaves too.

so im guessing blizzard broke there fix again.

I used to always do this with a friend, but I found a lot of the time when the tank left the whole group left too, or we'd wait 5-10 minutes for a tank anyway so it wasn't always worth it.

Although sometimes it worked out great.

This has been fixed for quite some time now. As it will kick both of you if the tank leaves, just to prevent this kind of stuff from happening. You STILL have to wait for a tank to queue even if you dont get kicked out of the instance. Like stated above. usless posts is useless,
