I found this one when i accidentally killled an elite mob in brd after the coren direbrew encounter.They give like 3-4 rep elites only and the bosses around 66.Just dont forget to wear your tabard.I havent seen it reposted.Good rep farming!!!

Doesn't matter what level you are, as long as you wear a faction tabard you will get rep. If you do a dungeon that is not in your level range you will get significantly less rep.

Unless you were wearing your guild reputation tabard or a non faction tabard this is not an exploit and is utterly useless.
