Ennemy RoF Become friendly RoF By MCing the mage

I have not found any post about this so :
I was in a bg and a ennemy mage set a Ring of frost. I've MindControled the mage and his pet get RoFed
??? Mindcontrole a mage affect his Ring of frost ???

i found a post on battle.net with similar mechanic : Ring of Frost vs Mind Control - Forums - World of Warcraft

Note : The RoF Color doesn't change when mindcontroled

Edit : Here is a screen i've made on my priest : http://img577.imageshack.us/img577/5808/rofmc.jpg

This has been around for really long...(or since Cata got released atleast since RoF was released). Anyhow it's a good post and i can confirm it works. It works the other way around aswell, for example: You play Mage+Priest in 2s and your mage casts an RoF, and the enemy is able to avoid it, then you're able to MC the enemy and walk into the RoF and cancel the MC. Resulting in the enemy getting RoF'ed..
Even though I already knew this I know alot don't, so +4rep for sharing

Edit: Don't know if it's classified as an exploit though, since the mage's RoF "is friendly to him" and by MC'ing him it becomes friendly to you. Wellwell, doesn't matter to me really since it's awesome .

This is intended.. If you get controlled by an enemy, they can heal/buff/dispel you. It's because you become one of them and therefore you can get RoFed. Your own teammates could even kill you if they wanted or sheep etc. etc.

Themaster i think you missunderstound, here is a exemple.

Supermagus is an alliance mage, Darkpriest is a horde priest, Randombob is a randomchar alliance

Supermagus set a RoF, Darkpriest MC Supermagus, Randombob walk on RoF and become RoFed

Thats intended. >.< Everything works that way, mind controlling into hungering frosts, fear bombs, anything. It's nothing new and i'm pretty sure people realized this before cataclysm was released... and they changed Wall of Fog to Ring of Frost.
