Hello all =)

I usualy use a bug for farm and i decide to post here :
You need a possibility to turn fast your internet on/off.
Take the buff than you want (speed, flying mount, etc) and disconnect internet. (don't disconnect wow). go where you want and turn internet on.
You can use it for keep speed buff, dodge trash mobs / players, in exemple go to boss without kill mob, tag a flag fast in bg, go innacessible areas, etc
other people see you don't move, and teleport instantaty.
if you use with somebody in your passenger mount, he is teleport too instantatly

Was trying to find a post on it but guess it got deleted over time can't find my either that i posted long time ago. As my was a repost too. But has been working since day one of wow i think. And have killed a lot of people with it by using ground mount get them on my mount. Disconnect by pulling out the lan cable and jump from high places. They instantly die when i reconnect ^^. Made bets with pala's, priests, druids that were sure off that i was not able to kill them if i tried it. Some easy money . But thanx for the contributing non the less! And mac can do that for round 2 minutes before server realizes what's going on and kicks you off did not had much luck with it on a windows got to max 20seconds. Mac ftw!

nice video, but this is a repost and known exploit. theres even applications made specificly to lag you for a preset amount of time.

^^ This. I always get jealous of the mac users... they can do this trick for so long! I don't even get 20 seconds... more like 6...

But yes, it has been discussed on this forum before. Pulling out internet cables is a fairly well-known exploit.


*edit: I take it you're using a Mac, ParceQue? That would explain how you got the D/C to last so long on your Ahn'Kahet video!

Yes I got a mac :
i have made some tests with timed then :
at 1.30 i got a message in chat : "you are disconnected of battle.net"
I can turn my internet on until 2-3 min. after I am really disconnect from the game : I have 3 min max for go where I want.
If I don't turn internet on, i can stay in game but offline 10 minutes and more. depend where I am, laggy area, lot of actions etc. usefull for exploration only.

If you connect back right after you got that message you stay off battle.net it does not reconnect back while you can continue play the game connected. Nice if you want to bot and don't want to be disturbed ^^

i play on a laptop and I have a d/c button, but I stay in game only few seconds before being d/c

Is there any software to stay d/c 2-3 min like with a mac ?

Lol I had posted something like this a long, long time ago but deleted it due to all the mindless flamers and trolls and kept it to myself.
Recently I used this by right clicking a frost cauldron in ZG and disconnecting my internet running for 10 seconds or so and having 30seconds left to 1 shot mbos XD.

I was using it for za timed too with another friend on a mac. We only cleared adds at first and second boss as they are connected to boss. And one pack down at third boss as that one is connected too and rest of the adds we just used this trick and got the people in our vehicle and ran through the adds. And skipped most of za with more then 10min left on timer.

edit: ok for mac users, no way to do that with a PC ? By MAC i mean mac hardware. Or installing mac on a PC will make it work too ?

I use it for few days and it works pretty good. I don't turn off internet but I limit it to few ko/s and I stay IG for 2~3 min.

I farm my blue proto drake and my BC heroics with this exploit (I'm a rogue with sprint+stealth).

I also did the achievment [Fire walk with me] in Twin Peaks with it.

But got question: do you know if Invisiblity potion is working on heroic mobs ? Invisibility Potion - Item - World of Warcraft Trying to find way to go to the last boss of every instances to solo them for orbs

I have some problems in instances with mobs which can detect the stealth but I vanish just when I disable the software and it's good.
