Death Knight Tier 12 Bug

There is currently a bug with the DK DPS Tier 12 2-set.

(2) Set: Your Horn of Winter ability also grants you 3 runic power every 5 seconds for 2 min.

The bug is that you only need to have the two-set when you use Horn of Winter. Once you have the buff, you will continue to generate RP, even if you take the tier gear off. This means you could get use Horn of Winter to get the RP regen and then switch to tank gear, PvP gear etc.

Note that using Horn of Winter after taking the tier gear off will not cancel the buff, you will continue to generate RP. However, as best I can tell it only refreshes the regular HoW buff and you will still lose the RP regen after the original two minutes. So you may have to switch sets between pulls. Still a nice bonus however.

Actually no. t12 2er is better than t11 4er. But its still a exploit (or working as indeed).

same works for 4p t11 holy priest (540 spirit in chakra state)
equip t11 popup chakra you want and then switch to t12 ect bonus will stay until you change chakra

From what Scorpion said, I assume that any Tear gear that has a buff will last even if you equip different tier pieces. Can anyone confirm this? (Only have a DK)
