Yup, works on EU aswell, had to fly away and back for em to appear

Worked like a charm for me, on EU. Sat by the quest givers, 1 minute past the hour I relogged, and boom! 2 new quest, leading into a thrid, for a total of 4 marks. Still 49 minutes til daily quest counter reset.

It does seem to work.
I just had to talk to the NPC to accept the quests, it didn't have an exclamation mark above it's head.

Yeah, same here, no Exclamation mark, but just right clicking on the NPC and there they are. 40 mins till reset and 16 tokens ftw

It does work and as worked long before this patch. The change was first noticed back in BC when dailies would roll over during daylight savings time. Blizzards software does not correct for the time change for 6 months out of the year.

It is no longer possible to complete some daily quests more than once a day by turning them in during a small window before the standard reset time.

July first 04:00 reset of all quests (including the two).

Works 100% for those two quests:
Punting Season
Rage Against the Flames

They are in the starter area (hyjal), does no (longer?) work for the quests inside firelands daylie area.

It does indeed work, and it worked before as well inside Molten Front, however they were to fast at fixing that so only the US servers could take advantage of it. But it is still working on the 2-3 quests outside for me

Because I was camping at from 2:55 onwards near the NPC at Sanctuary of Malorne, and they did not pop back up. I am on a CST Server, US. Checked Molten Front as well, both yesterday, and about to again in 49 minutes.
