Couldn't find this posted anywhere, and well after some thourough research it was time it was posted here on mmowned

My GM has made a proper and very explanatory video of how to become INSANELY huge, and other fun bugs using potion of illusion and some other tricks.

If this is posted in elite already, remove it. If not - enjoy it, because this is really fun

Merojinaya mentions it in the video. Anything that changes you into a human form which is mountable can get fix this for you

I hope we can get some sort of confirmation that it works in 4.1 soon

tried this method on an alliance hunter using deviate delights and it didnt work

I can confirm it still works on EU realms, so if you didn't get it to work - check the video again and make sure you do it properly.

Key is: Get somebody into a form (like lifegiving seed for herbalists). Then copy that form with potion of illusion. Step 3 use the fish that turns you into a pirate / ninja. Step 4 mount up. Step 5 - remove the fish-buff.

This should make you get insanely big or insanely small depending on the herb you chose.

yeah using those, I copy a form, eat the delight, mount up, drop the delight buff and it sort of bugs so the form I took is standing on top of a mount but I def dont get huge like he does in the movie :/

Then the problem is still the same, you haven't watched the video properly. He clearly says that to get as huge as he gets you need to get a specific flower. Red Sunflower. It takes some time to get it - but that's the one that gives you maximum size while mounted. You ought to check your facts better before you complain about it not working

i'm sure this is re-posted. i KNOW (100%) i have seen it here before, cause i started doing it a month ago in org on my TLPD.

lawl you became HUGE And i couldn't find an earlier post of this myself. You might confuse it with all the other potion of illusion posts people had.

I guess all we can do is thank blizzard for giving us such a great and buggy potion!

there might be an outside chance that it was origionally a post in a topic about mounting with illusions on, where someone discovered "omg if i mount as a flower im HUGE" but again i dont know.

I am trying this, but none of the shapeshifting things I am trying work once I am a flower. My friend became a flower, and I used the Illusion Potion to also become a flower. But eating the Savory Deviate Delight doesn't transform me back to a human. I stay a flower. I get that buff from the fish, but I stay a flower and cannot mount. I tried the fish, and I tried Muradin's Favor, and the Boot Iron Flask, and the Orb of the Sindorei, but I stay a flower.
