If you use two people with the buff and time the attacks to hit nearly the same time, the npc will instantly die. With 4 people you can do some trash pulls in <1 second.

I can't say for sure but I think you have about a second before the invisible debuff applies and prevents the ice from working a second time.

its definatly an exploit idd as its intended to deal the amount of dmg to put the mob @ 30% and is not supposed to work twice

Are you sure you didnt just crit it with the attack cause I oneshotted one with that buff myself today, with no help from others. (im a tank and everyone went on the other mob while I took this, but it insta died.)

I don't know if it can crit. But I've reproduced the method I posted.

well I dont know if it can crit either, dont have text's shown, but I was running with full group of friends, and I was the only one attacking that one, and it died instantly. so kinda asume that it can.

Indeed. I would never suggest this to a group in ZG - the trash drop fast enough under normal conditions. Trying to synchronise your attacks would only add more time to your run.

People tend to observe a random, chance occurrence like this and then present it as a shiny new exploit. In actuality, the effort required to replicate it far outweighs any potential gain.

I do it in most of my runs, I wait to see someone attack/cast to land and do an instant cast at the same time. Also, the npc who go immune ~50% you can freeze them once, then free again after the immune and they die.
