Basically, get them to craft High-Powered Bolt Gun - Item - World of Warcraft for you, have some Handful of Obsidium Bolts laying in your bags, and you're ready to oneshot everything. The damage isnt shared before 10+ targets, and can crit up to 15k. Yes, that means you can oneshot an entire group of people standing close together.

But that doesn't stop it from being freaking awesome and totally OP for the 65-79 brackets. Probably should post this in guides. It WILL wipe the group if they're on your boss in AV.
It'll take out the tanks and all melee dps. Also allows you to cap towers that are being guarded by large groups.

Yeah it's an "I KILL YOU" Button, I don't need to explain every possible use for it.

I use this on my 70 twink, when it was actually useable in arena we won about 26 games straight. Also the highest crit I have seen using berserk buff was 27k.

Blizz not taking into account the much lower health pool of people at the level that can use the item isn't an exploit. They've already said that they don't really care for PvP under levelcap so I doubt it's something they will care to fix as you eventually pass this bracket.

Overall, no, it's not an exploit. It is a nice niche for people with Engineering though. And honestly, I advise you to get as much fun off of this as you can, because Engineering @85 is quite boring.

Sorry to bring back a week old thread, but how has nobody mentioned "Big Daddy" in this thread? Doesn't do quite as much damage, but has a much larger radius and an incapacitation effect on it for 5 seconds, and still does do quite a bit of damage. A bit expensive to use constantly, but i should also mention, these 2 items are NOT on a shared cooldown, and my DK has been havin a lot of (albeit expensive) fun in BG's lately

Should mention tho, requires goblin engineering to both make AND use, so you'll need to be goblin engineering to use it, and find another goblin engineer to make them for you.
