bugged trinket giving 1% haste

the trinket Essence of the Cyclone - Item - World of Warcraft Essence of the Cyclone is giving 1% haste when it procs. I have only seen it one the heroic version so I'm not sure about normal. It's clearly only supposed to give 363 agi and on proc 2178 crit strike rating but for some reason when it procs it gives a free 1% haste until you zone or logout but when it procs the buff stays with you.

This.... silly newbie users on this site always saying move to elite just because they leeched it already when they can't even view elite! It doesn't make you look cool or anything saying move to elite and pretty selfish just because you have seen it.

I have the solution:

Essence of the Cyclone gives its normal crit proc PLUS any stats you forged down from "Throne of the four Winds" loot.

Lets say you got a Ring an a Belt from there. You remove 55 haste and 82 Mastery rating (this is a theorethical example) in favor of Hit/Crit. When the Trinket proccs for any reason it will grant you 55 haste and 82 Mastery IN ADDITION to its own proc.

Mystery solved. Don't know if it wirks with other loot too though. =)

Exactly right, but this doesn't only apply to Throne of the Four Winds loot. It seems this trinket (and maybe any rating-on-use gear) will restore stats that were reforged off of gear that has ratings displayed as white text instead of the usual green.
