When inside Tol Barad if you acquire one honorable kill then leave the Tol Barad raid group it will not port you out of the game and leave you in Tol Barad. This allows more players to join the raid group and effectively increase the number of players on your team in Tol Barad.

It's true that everyone in the zone get the bonus honor and marks. Wait in the penulisia until it was 3 seconds left of TB. Then I ran inside, then I got the exact same ammount of honor and marks as those who was in the battle

Leaving the Tol Barad raid group does not let more people into the zone. It does not count as a BG raid group, but as a normal raid group. Tol Barad allows up to 120 players, but each side must be equal. It does not matter if everyone drops the raid group, as horde and alliance must still be the same.
