First i will show the quest chain and the exploit to start the quest chain

Go to this NPC and take the Q

Finsh all quest's until you get to this one

this quest will give you the head Enjoy!

and for the Exploit

go to the thyme Press right click and dont take the loot until it stack 5 time's

you damage to attackers will increase by 100% and the attacker's damage increase on you by 100% its useful for rouge's or any one you can get the buff for 1 min and let someone to summon you to raid

Wowhead is down, and i beleive theres already a helm that does this for you. So if its different people dont know yet.

First one is not an exploit, second one would be a pain in the ass for the minute that it lasts.

If you can show it persisting through a summon and actually being used, I'll rep you. Otherwise, I'll stick with my 25% buff from Twilight Highlands.

This actually doesn't work; it only increases your damage by 100, not 100%. The tooltip is wrong.
