1. Get flag
2. Use Lifegiving Seed (Lifegiving Seed - Item - World of Warcraft)
3. Turn into herb http://i51.tinypic.com/x6hp1.png (Also changes your name so no /targetting and puts up this text to BG chat:
"No player named 'Peacebloom' is currently playing.")
4. Remove the disguise and enjoy running without the flag visual effect.
