Get more in an auction, as you want to get

please dont flame me, it is my first topic and i noticed it in the last two days. I guess, its not an expoit, but it seems to be very srange.

I'm selling a huge amount of Netherweave Bags in the auction house. Starting bid is 5,50g and direct buy price is 7,50g.

Now, when anyone bought a bag, i dont get 7,50g - fee, i get 7,72g

Just try it for yourself and let me know, if this happens for you, too.

I'l check in my next gold delivery, if its just a bug in the "Postal"-Addon. I'll request a thread deletion, if it is.

I've noticed this sometimes too, but looking at the receipt you get your deposit back too.

Okay, this is not a bug by Postal (checked).

I've never noticed, that i get the deposit back :confused:

If i sell a beg, i pay a fee of 27,50s - After this item has been sold, i'll get back this fee.

Before 4.0.1, this where not working, thats why i was a little bit confuzed.

No. AH's always taken a cut of your sales and when you put the auction on. The fact you're getting the cut of currency putting the auction on = your getting money you shouldn't be. Therefore, no, swankboss. This is a valid exploit for now. ^_^

its not an exploit it is working as intended... same if u transfer stuff from horde to alliance for 1 copper... u get the deposit fee back
