Fast way to get Necrotic Plague Stack higher

Been looking for something to post, and think I have finally found something

This is something we use to get our Necrotic Plague Stack higher to kill off the Shamblers faster in Heroic Lich King.

Using the item Archmage Vargoth's Staff as you know if the plague kills the target its on it gains a stack. Using this item and cleansing the poison onto Image of Archmage Vargoth, it will kill him and increase the stack on the plague.

I will get screenshots up as soon as I have a fresh LK to kill. Apologies in advance.

i love this item, had it on my old rogue since tbc, have it on my new one now.

In bgs, macro it with vanish, poof gone and their standing there looking at the archmage thinking wtf.
