Ashen Virdict Rep

This requires a ability such as Feign Death, Vanish, Iceblock, Invis, or anything that will drop aggro.

The first 2 mobs of the instance that guard the first doorway do not have a reset tether, If you pull them down to the Ashen Virdict guards.

NOTE: Only works on 10man, on 25man the guards dont have enough HP and get killed

Step 1: Zone into instance
Step 2: Pull first 2 mobs (let the 3 that auto-pull to the guards die before you do this)
Step 3: Once you pull them bring them to the guards at the front and use your aggro-drop ability.
Step 4: wait for guards to kill it (you can help, but be careful with threat)
Step 5: Get Loot + Rep
Step 6: Reset Instance, Repeat.

You can get about 100 rep in a timespan of 10 minutes + the chance to get trash epics.

This is useful for those people such as my friend who do not raid but want the ring (atleast the friendly one) because it is better then the Relentless Ring for arenas.

Does not work on live servers. Good job posting an exploit from the PTR several weeks ago though.

nah, it was posted yesterday. it was most likely deleted because this was agreed upon unanimously to be worthless as any pug group will rank you up a whole step in under an hour and this would take far too long. the argument was that you can get nice lewtz from the trash mobs but again it was logically argued that they drop like candy.

you're better off just to pug a group.

this is only a an exploit to those with no ability to socialize.

Assuming you're actually getting 100 rep/10 minutes...

It'd take half an hour of non-stop tagging, feigning (or whatever class you're playing able to do this), then resetting to get to Friendly.

It would take an hour from Friendly to Honored.

Two hours from Honored to Revered.

Roughly three hours from Revered to Exalted.

So without taking player error, instance/hour limits, taking breaks, etc, it would take 6 1/2 hours with this method.

I don't think it's worth it. It's probably much faster and efficient just doing each IC heroic each day.

It works, 15rep for each of 2 mobs + looting them.
There's limit of 5 instances per hour you can enter, so i did 150 rep in short time and now I have to wait.

Except you don't get Ashen Verdict rep for doing the IC Heroics.

This definetely works, however it's 150 rep a hour and not particularly rewarding, however, if you're doing nothing else, may as well up your rep, every little helps.

Confirmed works... you can just die (take off all ur loot) and the people will kill em Fade does not work poor priest

The reason it got deleted was that in my opinion it didn't work. The previous exploit was to IGNORE the first 2 adds, because after killing them, the constant flow of the mobs running out would stop. Those mobs that kept running out everyone once in a while did not give rep when I tried it.

But if this works, EPIC While yes, pugging will probably give you a chance to down all the trash and some bosses and a shot at loot, all of us don't have the gear to even join a pug. Plus every drop is a drop for you. If you don't have anything better to do than this, go nuts!

you dont get rep of the ones coming down the stairs, only the first 2 mobs STILL on the stiars. total of 30rep per reset (15repx2).
