It would take an hour from Friendly to Honored.

Two hours from Honored to Revered.

Roughly three hours from Revered to Exalted.

So without taking player error, instance/hour limits, taking breaks, etc, it would take 6 1/2 hours with this method.

I don't think it's worth it. It's probably much faster and efficient just doing each IC heroic each day.

i don't even know how to respond to this math but 3000/100=30, 30*10=300,
300/60=5, thus there are 5 hours to friendly and your math is off. if the numbers you said were true and it was only 6+1/2 half hours it would of been definitely wroth it to get exalted.

Well, i tried and it worked, +rep for it.

Although, i'm unsure about something: i realized i have to deal some damage to the mobs, not only before i vanish, but also after they're hitting the npc's. Sometimes, WoW UI displays my aggro percentage on them, which means i know how much dps i can deal without getting busted; and that's also when i know that the whole plan will work. If i don't see any aggro percentage on the mobs, i know won't get rep when they die. My point is, how much damage do i have to deal to them in order to be on the aggro list (or whatever it is) and become able to loot them after they die?

    Cheers!

hmm just about to post this :P o well, had 60 rep to go to get to friendly so i thought id solo some mobs for rep...exactly the method i came up with.

However you dont need to vanish/aggro reset at all, you can just simply run out of the instance and zone back in and they will be attacking the guards.

the math in that one post was terrible. at 100 rep per 10 min. needing 3000rep to friendly from neutral, thats
    3000/100=30
    30*10=300
    300/60 = 5

so 5 hours just to get from neutral to friendly. not worth it lmao

    warlocks:

    1 pull mobs with void
2 attack him in front of the guards
    3 leaves/join the instance
4 cast corruption in the mobs
    5 wait

Sometimes they attack the npc's behind the guards

As a druid, just use FF and you walk around some guards, when they go enrage, they have a high chanse to become attacked by the guards, after that, just dps them.
Otherwise, just zone out, and start dps'ing em. Impossible to gain agro ( was doing 4.5k dps on them as a boomkin in restoration gear ) If your a nelf (like me) just use shadowmeld, * CAN BE RESISTED!! *
Haven't drop anything nice for me so far, only 1g-ish.

So, the pack that patrols after these to, doesn't gain agro from the guards, what ever you do. A shame

    Actually, it's a lot worse.

15 rep per mob, 2 mobs per attempt,
5 attempts (Isntance Resets) per hour

You are capped at 150 rep/hour, so 20 hours to friendly.

ahh so true. thanks for pointing that out. so this post is FAR from useful. there is no way you could possibly hit exalted doing this in a month lol.

it may be impractical but it is not "USELESS". Anyone who REALLY wants rep for things such as bullet/arrow design to make mad money before they arent worth shit, may find a use for this.
