Dont get forced out of Cross-server instance

You know how if you get kicked from / leave the cross-server group while inside the instance, you get instantly teleported out?

Well here is a trick

JUMP and then leave (while jumping or falling). You will get error message: cant do that while jumping or falling. This is a safeguard that was added for all summons/portals, and apparently it doesnt force you out of the instance

Are all of them cross-server? I've only been on a level 10 since a month ago.

3.3 introduced cross-realm instances allowing you to do 5man instances with people on other servers.

For cross server 5 mans, it does not work. After the initial failed attempt, you get a 5 second timer after a bit and then you get kicked out. Doesn't matter how much you try, you can't avoid that 5 seconds countdown timer.
