A) This is not an exploit. It's working as intended (for the few people that want to try this).

B) This would be a loss in DPS in most PvE cases (2x GCD for weapon swaps), so I couldn't say it'd be useful there, but you may get an extra burst in pvp so if you had extra weapons for that then go for it.

I don't think blizz actually WANTED the player to be able to have 3-4 berserking procs at once. I dunno what OP posted though so I can't judge if it was an exploit or not.

it was most likely swapping weapons out for weapons with berserking lol... by the time you get the last weapon on the first two would be gone..
