    Get on top of Gadgetzan Inn

    i dont think this has been posted before so here i go: to get on Gadgetzan Inn you need to get on one of the tents on the left or right of the entrance(right side recommended) mount while on the tent, then jump at the pole/log sticking out and you should get stuck, unmount then jump on log and your up
