Walk through mobs without aggroing

At the cave in northeast felwood with elementals there is a pathing exploit.

At the entrance to the cave there are 2 ways to get in, the left way and the right way. The elementals around there will not cross through the left way, so you can run back and forth nuking them or DOTing them until they die with low risk of death.
