I can confirm this work, it adds 1 stack per tick so can take a while. Since the fire dmg is absorbed you dont die form hellfire either, it does however use a fair bit of mana.

Since this is supposed to work off of ANY fire damage, what about a campfire? Don't campfires do fire-based damage?

If by campfire, you mean cooking fire, then no. Cooking fires do not deal damage.

who the f*ck cares about mana pre-fight? and it adds 1 stack roughly every second so to get 90stacks it takes 90 seconds. so it's well worth it to wait a bit.

with tricks of the trade and misdirect+a good tank i never pull aggro and i do way over 9k dps with the twins buff.
