you need a horde/allinace one of them is gonna be mage then they are going to sheep you trough the glass. When he is through the glass you hit him so he get out of sheep and then he is inside.

Tip:when you are in swim a little bit up to avoid breath meter. It is also easyist if you do it in one of the corners.
