Create horde and alliance on the same pvp server!

Ladies and gentlemen!

at the current moment, you can create both horde and alliance factions on the same pvp-enabled server! Unlike before, you now can!
Im not sure if this was implemented or not, but you can right this very moment and it was not included in the patch notes and as far as i can remember i have never been able to do this.

Can anyone say WIN?
