Easy Weapon Skillups

There is an NPC in Dustwallow Marsh named Overlord Mok'Morokk that is unkillable if you do it a certain way. You first need a friend with the quest "Challenge Overlord Mok'Morokk". Then you need to burst him to 1hp very quickly (he despawns if he hits near 30%, so you must do it quickly). If you did it right, he'll be unkillable.

You can also kite him to any city on Kalimdor for great fun (following video and screenshot aren't mine):

Fighting the tree-druids down Dalaran seems easier to me.

You can't afk to 400 skill on the tree druids below dalaran because they will eventually die, and you'll need to find another mob. This guy never dies, meaning you can afk level from 1-400.
