Rogue - overkill bug

searched Overkill and did not find anything:
this is to make it so overkill does not go away

1. Have a druid cast cyclone on you
2. Vanish with about .2 seconds left on the cast
3. Cyclone will still go off but when you get out you still have Overkill
4. ????
5. Profit

i searched "Overkill" and found nothing - i found this today when i dueled a rogue outside org, if you think it is a repost please post a link

Unfortunately the effect fades if you stealth or zone. Otherwise this would be a really awesome bug.
