Divine Plea [Exploit? Tip?]

An 'exploit' to getting quick mana regen as a ret pally between fights, without drinking, is to use a equipment addon such as closet gnome to switch to holy gear, pop Divine Plea, and since it's based on total mana, it will regen to your ret pally's mana pool much quicker, and then switch back to your ret gear.

It's smart use of spell mechanics, not an exploit but it's a good tip, should be moved to Guides, I use it on my pally aswell

Yeah this has crossed my mind. But then I still need to heal myself due to the loss of stamina on my holy gear so I'm pretty much back at square 1 (Ok, maybe not square 1, but you get the point .

Drinking is much easier imo

wouldn't you have to get OOC first? cant switch gear except weapons when in combat :/

This is the same as taking a pot before a fight and then using another once the CD is back during the fight to hence seem like 2 pots its just a game tip

As Global Fugitive says this will be kinda useless in PvE since you have to go out of combat. Quite usefull in arena i guess, as ret.

no it wouldn't, as you cant switch gear (apart from weapons/shields) in arena

lol Let me explain how this benefits me. I'm using PvE Ret gear, and PvP holy gear, and I'm just starting to gear up for Ret, so my HP pool is about the same for both sets, so I use it between trash pulls in pugs, after buffing up, ext. It saves me a few silver in drinks if there's not a mage in the group.

I agree..its easier to drink. It only takes 30 seconds.
