well, for me it does not count the refounded emblems

Im sorry i hadnt checked the emblem yet figured it would be the same .. BUT the cooking is still there if someone could change title to cooking only

it works still! Just buy A RECIpie then return it and check the count on the achievement tab

Hmm is it possible this doesn't work any more or doesn't work for the 160 Achievement?

Tried it today on EU server bought Dalaran recipe, returned it to vendor and got my "Dalaran Cooking Award" back But no Update to my Achievement Counter was still on 104, relogging didn't update it either
