    I don't think it worked for me when I just took fall damage either... what I did was park two toons next to each other, a DK on one account and a pally on the other, and /duel. After the DK beat the pally I made it cast hysteria and the pally would die in a couple seconds lol. Then BOTH toons would get tokens. =) But only every 3 min. Gives you time to run back if you don't have the town but sucks otherwise. Wish I had a warlock.

    On second thought we're battling the rez timer so real downtime with DK hysteria is only 1 minute after rez timer, so no great loss.
