Fast Weapon Skill Leveling (works)

Hi all..... ok something I think will help (some of) you....And thats skill levelling your weapons.

As we all know, Blizzard in their wisdom have nuked the oh-so-used method of levelling them, but changing the way the game code gives you the skill when you try and use an undying mod, such as the one found in the Blasted Lands. (the one where you have to almost kill them then smash a stone to finish em off).

They have even changed Dr Boom...so ranged skill levelling cant be done as well now.

However, Blizzard have so much in their game that they cant patch everything!
So heres what to do.....

Go get a quest called The Scarlet Oracle, its the end of an easy q chain (tho I have been told that you can still do this exploit without getting the quest....I have NOT confirmed it but I was told from a reliable source)

Make your way to Tyr's Hand, Eastern Plaguelands, and a character called Demetria will spawn there and start to walk towards Stratholme. She has 6 to 8 guards with her, and its these that will give you skill levelling in both defence and weapon.

You see, these guards aren't elite, but when you kill them Demetria will rez them right back again! They only have about 2000 health, so obviously equip a low end weapon of choice and start bashing away.

If your not a healer, remember to take a pot or 2 with you as they can over time ware you down, but if your a plate wearing class you wont have a problem.
I wanted to learn mace on and duel hand on my DK so I just stood there and knocked em back in to the middle of next week for 20 mins..... Worked perfectly!

Hopefully Blizz wont catch on too fast for this type of exploit.

One other thing....... Just in case you are not able to take those mobs on, DONT WORRY..... there is another set of mobs you can do the same thing to, but they are lower levelled.

Go to ZF and get to the pool area. Its up to you where you want to pull, but basically get the wizard Hydromancer Velratha to attack you. DONT kill her because she plants a totem of sorts that spawns mobs..... just smack the mobs.... leave the tot and her alone.... easy skill levelling.

Easy guys, almost all of those old weapon skill leveling places were fixed/patched in 3.0.8 so this is useful. While this isn't an afk for 20 mins for easy skill points, it is still much easier to kill level 58-60 mobs (even elite) vs. 70+ mobs in Wintergrasp.
