Mining Skillups! Must read!

At bouldercrags refuge in the stormpeaks you will get a quest called Rare Earth. Accept this quest.
Now go along the cliff to the north, providing you have the mining profession (level doesnt matter), you will get mining level skillups!
Now, just mining you way to max along these cliffs!
