hey guys, theres a bug with Talisman of Troll Divinity - Item - World of Warcraft that item
i found a comment on wowhead that is really interesting:
"for resto druid
use this trinket then cast tranquility.
and everyone in your party will get the stacking buff on each tick.
pretty helpful in some situation."

I'm not saying it isn't working, but having always played a restoration druid I find this far from useful in 99% of situations where you need to fire Tranquility.

That said, go on thread, go on.

Probably working as intended, because tranquility is a channeled spell and not a proper HoT. Nice find though.

Reading comprehension FTL. You do realise he says "I found a comment on WowHead" and then QUOTES it. Do you not understand what quotations are?
