Must be Feral Druid, or Shadow Step Rogue.
This is how to get into the Lucid Test Subject's cage., purely aesthetical.

Step 1: Pick up the quest [The Power To Destroy]
Step 2: Enter the shadow world.
Step 3: Wait until the Shadowy Tormentor turns away from the cage and quickly Shadow Step, or Feral Charge Cat it:

Step 4: You should be in the cage, just cancel the [World of Shadows] buff.
