you just have to create a lvl one char on the server so the char list somehow refreshes in some way, which makes your char (that's about to be transferred) appear!

i could see the xfered 70 on the new account/server - i made a level 1 just in case - still wouldnt let me make a DK (saying i need a lvl 55+)
