[Rogue] Begin a fight with 352 AP more

Hi all,

I've already said it in my "rogue arena 2v2" post but i do another post cause what i gonna tell you is a exploit more than ubber.

The trinket you craft with inge : Shadowsong Panther

I found that when using it, you stay stealth... !

Only problem : man can see a little panther next to you but if you do it and shs directly, you'll be able to open with a stunt and more AP.

Same calcul as on my old post : 320 AP +10% AP for rogue with the good talent = 352 AP.

Very very usefull to put a lot of pressure during the begining of a fight.

I assume that druid can use this item and keep stealth too


Add : It is usefull to use it at the begining as you don't risk to be fear just a sec after activate it as your opponent is stunlock. The CD is 1min30... Sooo ubber as it will be back very shortly after your opening ^^

Most rogues already know this :/ And it's NOT an exploit.

It is, as all others trinkets break your stealth mode. To exploit mean to get an advantage from...

Most dont mean 100% so if only one rogue on this forum can learn from me, i'm happy

Yea it's totally common sense that this would not break stealth on use. It's not like every other trinket in the game does, right?

Yes but maybe one rogue will come here and find a thing he doesn't knew before

the trinket also increases your stealth level.
do you not think that this is a hint that you can use it in stealth?

No i don't.

You can use all the trinket in stealth but most of them unstealth (don't know if you can say that word?) you.

The fact that your stealh mode is increase by 1 was very well explain in a big article on stealth for rogue.

Ennemies will not see you as well as if you don't have the trinket that's it.

Why do you think it's an hint ?


Edit : Oh, do you think the +1 stealth only proc when you click on the trinket ? If yes, no it's a passive bonus

Is that so? Would you mind directing me to the source of your information? I wasn't aware Blizzard had stated that this trinkets "on use" was intended to not break stealth.

All other trinkets break stealth on use, so one can only assume that this is an exploit/bug. l2 not post threads in which you make yourself look like a moron.

Waow... Don't want this to finish that bad.

I know that many rogue know that trick. But some may don't.

As Bossqwerty says it can be list as an exploit. Not a big one but it is. It is something Blizzard doesn't talk about and something that give you an advantage. If for you an exploit is something that will bring you 2.2k rating in arena by playing with your feet and give you 20k gold in 10minutes, then let me disappoint you and tell you i can't help you ^^
