I think that there is no point in doing it. As someone say on the forum, in 7 days it'll be useless as upping mining/herbalism skills as we'll gain xp in bg.

I dont get 19 twinking its so boring. stack HP and use little to no skills. You all should try 39 twinking 49 twinking and 59 twinking thats where its at.

Have a mage twink lvl 49 too but i prefer 19 cause if you have not many skills, it is just the way you play that will bring you to victory or death when facing another twink

This man is a genous. I got a 39 warrior, hunter, and warlock. Then a 49 Shaman. SOOO much more fun than my 19 rogue.

Saw this on wowhead a few days ago.

This exploit also scales with talents that scale with your base stamina stat, for example Demonic Embrace (increases your stamina by 2/4/6/8/10%).
Since Toughness(Rank 3) adds 70 to your base stamina, you're essentially getting between a 6-8 stam bonus from such a talent. Not that much, but everything counts.

My warlock went from 13092 to 13855 as she hit 225 mining.
