This is epic. I would suggest moving this to the elite section as this *can* be a very hard and stressful achievement to complete, and if Blizz fixes it I'd be pissed.

Ok, for all those people who say they been doing it forever and dont see old crafty in their bag.. when you get the achievment it takes old crafty from your bags.. so you will never see him in there.. It uses him for the achievment.. so just look if your using fishbot or someshit... or just track the achievment and you'll see when it's done.. and the croc is a 100% chance now.. so you have to delete him after every catch for this to work, but it does.. twocents

Was this fixed? If so disregard the content below. I'm having terrible luck with the stupid fish.

For the unlucky people (read: people like me who have cast like 20 times and no old crafty) here is a macro to cut out a few of the steps. It will delete the crocolisk for you and recast your line. (Do not hit this macro until youve fully looted your cast)

/run for x=0,4 do for y=1,GetContainerNumSlots(x) do l=GetContainerItemLink(x,y) if l then if GetItemInfo(l)=="Baby Crocolisk" then PickupContainerItem(x,y) DeleteCursorItem() return end end end end
/cast Fishing
