I realize some of you may not think this is a true exploit, but I think it's more appropriate here than in the guide section. Creative use of class mechanics to completely negate the otherwise super annoying Air Burst ability of Archimonde.
Anyways.
As melee, you'll be standing on Arch's butt, swinging away. With target of target up, and cast bars showing, you can see when he's going to cast air burst on a melee! (Hopefully, if you're doing Archimonde, you by now know by name who your fellow meleer's are.)
When he's about to cast the air burst, warriors, start spamming intercept, and rogues, hit Killing Spree, if you're combat. The Air Burst will hit you, and you'll start flying up, but, killing spree will proc and you'll teleport right back to him, and warriors will intercept vertically downwards and end up right back on the ground!
Gives you a nice extra 10+ seconds of dps on the boss, and saves the hassle of timing your tears and weaving your way back through all the fire. I came out on top of dps by a solid 4% over the next guy on our latest Archimonde kill because I Killing Spree'd through 2 blasts on the melee.
Alternatively, a Shadowstep rogue can also time it just right, and shadowstep to Arch right after Air Burst hits, and, all rogues can Vanish out of Air Burst too, if they have some godly timing skills.
Enjoy! And, if you're really so offended by this semi-exploit being in the exploit section, here's a trick for you. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. And pretend you read this post in the Guide section. Hoo-saaah. Peace.
