I've gotten this to work on my nightelf rogue and my gnome mage aswell. As far as i know it can be done with any race. An undead followed me up there once too.

And it isn't exactly a mele safe zone. If mele stands directly under you they can still hit you.

kewl beans! TY for this.. im sad that blizzard did a patch for me... (imo because i never heard of anyone doing this anywhere else) but i would leave the BG entirely when you hit "M" i was standing on the orc or not on the map at all. i recent'y wnt to my exploit spot and laughed when i saw that they made a abrricade where it was.. if you got up the path thta leads to horde side roof look at the little piece of land sticking out befor you turn left.. the wooden spikes wern't there before and i could leave the BG entirely from that spot.

This is acctually one of the still working "wall-walking/jumping" methodes. You can jump like that to get inside the wierd instance thing in SW too. (surely posted here somewhere)
