Bladesto + white dmg at same time

If you use bladestorm and then right click the target you want to kill, you should get the bladestorm damage and also white damage. When i tested this i just clicked bladestorm and then it only came damage every 1 second when the bladestorm hit and when i did both i got damage from both. I dont know if this is an exploit but i dont think it's supposed to happen
