Go into that little corner up in the wall/window thing, and do .high you may need to move your char a little bit



Fly up here and then to .dry



Go here and jump in!

It's still possible to jump up to IF Airport, and I'm pretty sure you can epic mount+slowfall up there from the IF GY, too.

Sure, it's a lot harder, but it's doable.
