[Shaman] Extra mana in arena (Not Water thing)

Drop all 4 totems (I use the four resistance ones because they last the longest) at the beginning of arena. If you dont get a chance to drop other totems before you get attacked you can use Totemic Call once you use some mana to get about 500 mana back. Every little bit counts
    Hope this helps someone
(I know this works I personally use it)

True but lets say you drop the totems and begin to run out..they other team rushes you and you start fighting...you could get a few casts off; get your mana back and then drop the totems you normally use.

If you dont drop totems in combat you are a pretty bad shaman. Most shamans with warriors need to drop Windfury totems. When fighting a rogue you need Poison cleansing. Fighting fears you need Tremor. You will ALWAYS need totems especially if they are rushing you If I see a priest rushing in I drop a tremor cause I know he is about to fear bomb. If I see 2 visibles and 1 not, I drop a poison cleaning totem. This is pretty useless imo.

simply used by no one in higher ratings.. calling back tremor, grounding or earth bind totem might ruin the arena match..

Did you even read his post? He said to leave four totems in the starting area and recall them after a cast, essentially making it mana free. He didn't say drop some totems mid-combat and then recall them, that'd be bloody stupid.
