False Blizzard's range is designed to be much bigger. This narrows that range a lot although I doubt you will be able to hit anyone.

This does not "concentrate" the blizzard, it just narrows its range, making it quite worthless. Also, anybody who has played a Mage or Lock before has seen this happen. Don't post this crap in the exploits section. twocents
