Ok I just tried it with a Rogue. I had to use sprint, so I think as long as you have some sort of speed upgrade (e.g. Travel form, swiftness potion, etc.) You can get up there. I don't know if you can without a speed potion...

Lame! I thought everyone knew that =P! Now the hard part which I found was how to get onto the top of the middle of the inn =).
When I try to make a movei it lags too much. You go on the roof of the building to the right and walk on the mill thing to the top of the other building.

getting up on the middle isnt a problem, that little part that comes out is whare u have to jump, it takes a few trys to get in the right spot on it but the pluse is noone can see u jumping like a retart, the hard part is walking across that little beam to the next hut, iv only made it half across

Lol k well for all those asking if you need a speed increase(pot,sprint, mount), no you do not, it is tricky tho to find the correct spot to jump.

Edit: spacing and some spelling(i am not the best speller so yea ^_^)

done that before. Not anything special.
The funnie thing is that you can attack peoples when you're up there. Just attack someone and after that run into that round thing on the roof and the guards will stop attack you. Don't let them shoot at you. Otherwise it's to late ;]

I could of swore I had uploaded a video to Google Video but it's no longer there.

Anyway, You do NOT need a mount too get up there.

Jump on the ledge where the mailbox is
Jump on the Tent
Stand on/near the first log (Holding the tent up, next to the mail box)
There is a small gap there inbetween the little up rise (The things above the door) that you must jump in too.

Jump there and you'll get up with out using a mount.

I'll try to find the video I made and reupload it showing you how.

hears the fun thing, get up there and attack someone, they will try to get up there with you, use anything that can slow em down, frostshock, Concussive Shot, ect, thell never be able to jump up then, lol sit back and laugh as they try
