Well today i was in duro and saw my mate running with the speed of the boots without having the buff n stuff and i was like WTF HAXXOR? Then he told me that u need a mind control priest and shadowstep but he didnt wanna tell me how to do it so i think that you need to use boots then get MC'd and use shadowstep... Its possible for sure but dont know the way... Wish i could make a screenshot... If i find more info ill post it here.
