I have a holy priest so i know what hes talking about.
Requirement: warlock, Holy Priest(with redemption talent) and rest of raid.
If you have the lock summon the priest just before you start the fight, you have 2 minutes in which you can die and accept the summon while in spirit form, but in order to do that, you can not heal your raid as soon as you get into spirit form.

If your about to go against a raid boss that may just kill you, for example, say your going against moroes. You spam heal the party and end up on moroes' aggro list. He garrotes you you keep healing others till you die, then accept summon and come back free of affliction full on mana and health and at 0 threat. Also, this can be used to come back say in a corner out of combat and res raid members if there are other healers left.
So same method can be applied to many raid bosses but the 2 minute window is the main downside to the method.
