Infinite Mana as Priest

In Veil Skith, Terokkar Forest there are a certain type of mobs called Skithian Windripper (http://thottbot.com/?n=1053508). They got a buff that doesnt seem to have a stacking cap that reduces the mana cost of your spells by 5%. Mind Control, buff yourself (or party members) a few times and enjoy grinding for 5 minutes.

I dont know how to explain it yet, but theres a hunter exploit connected to those mobs that when you have Aspect of the Viper that increases your mana regen on while killing those mobs, you can achieve unlimited mana regen. As soon as you cast a spell you see the manabar flicker, but immediately regenerate.
